What Concern is That? - Pastor David

This Sunday morning our English ministry will be considering Jesus’ miracle at the wedding in Cana. It seems clear that Jesus’ purpose for being present was not to proclaim who he really was or to provide any special signs. And yet when confronted with a need in his midst Jesus responded. We’ll be reflecting on what this reveals to us about God and also, as followers of Jesus, challenged to believe by faith that Christ will meet our needs and equip us to respond similarly to the needs and circumstances of those around us. Even things that don’t seem to be our concern.
As you prepare to worship this week, maybe be praying that God will give you eyes to see and hearts to break for the needs of those around you.
